Bolero Drink Australia offers a standard shipping option to all customers nationwide; we use Australia Post.
How much is shipping?
Shipping costs are calculated at the online checkout and are based on weight.
Australian Weight Base Shipping up to 0.5kg: $10
Australian Weight Base Shipping over 0.5kg max 3kg: $15
How long will my order take to arrive?
Bolero Drinks AU aims to get all orders dispatched within 72 hours of you placing your order, we do not ship orders on public holidays and/or weekends. Bolero Drink AU does not take responsibility for any delays of your parcel/order from the moment it is handed to the courier driver, in this case, AU Post. Delivery based on location vary from 5-7 working days, in some areas (NT or WA) it can be up to 10 working days.

Can I change my delivery address?
Unfortunately, we can’t change your delivery address once your order has been placed. Please make sure your shipping address, phone number and email are full and complete. The phone number or email may be used by the shipping company to contact you in case they have problems delivering your order. Bolero Drinks AU is not responsible if you incorrectly enter your address on your order and will not be responsible for your parcel if it is incorrectly delivered because of this.
What’s your returns policy?
We hope you’ll never be dissatisfied with any of our products but in the rare case you are, will refund any unopened items if it is within 14 days of receipt.
To receive a full refund the item must be:
- Returned within 14 days of purchase
- Unused and in its original packaging
- Packaged in the original condition
- Purchased directly from our online store
The customer is responsible for the cost of return postage. Refunds will be issued to the full value of the product (excluding postage).
Once the refund is initiated, payment will be credited to your original method of payment and you will be notified by email when your refund has been processed.
Our Returns Policy forms part of and must be read in conjunction with our Terms and Conditions. We reserve the right to change this Returns Policy at any time.
How long will it take to process a return?
Once your return has been received at our Warehouse, your return request will be processed within 1-3 business days.
Please ensure you have alerted us of the return to ensure you are within the 14 days return policy and eligible to receive a full refund. You can reach out to us at email@example.com with your order number and reason for the return.
Once processed, your financial institution can take 3-5 business days to process the funds back to your account. Please also allow 2-4 business days for re-delivery within Australia.
We will not offer product refunds for a ‘change of mind’ on the purchase, We do not offer a refund for lost packaging, as soon as we hand over your parcel to AU Post, their responsibility to deliver your parcel, and the client responsibility to track the parcel. In case of damaged or lost parcel please contact AU post. If you would like to request a refund please email firstname.lastname@example.org and they will be able to help you with your request.
