Preparation:
Mix the Lime Bolero Drink Powder with a dash of water.
Put the fresh mint leaves on one hand and clap, This bruises the leaves and releases the aroma. Rub the mint leaves around the rim of the glass and drop them in. Use a muddler, bar spoon (or even a rolling pin) to gently push the mint down into the lime juice. If you out of fresh mint just sprinkle a bit of Mint flavored Bolero Drink Powder to the lime mix. Half fill the glass with crushed ice Stir the mix together, top up with crushed ice, and soda water and garnish it with a sprig of mint. Pour Bacardi Rum or Vodka in the mix if you like to make a real alcoholic cocktail.
