Preparation:
1. Dissolve one tablespoon of gelatin in 500 ml water
2. Bring this pot to boil and leave for 2 minutes, let it cool down and add your chosen flavor of Bolero (we chose Raspberry), this is going to be the jelly part.
3. Pour the mixture into the wine glass and carefully add raspberries or any other fruits that you like
4. Place in fridge and leave until settled. In order to obtain a slant, the glass needs to be placed obliquely in the refrigerator
5. Whip the cream until thickened but not firm, mix this with yoghurt
6. Sprinkle coconut Bolero into the mixture ( or any other flavour, lime is really nice too)
7. Repeat step 1: dissolve 1 table spoon of gelatin in 4-5 table spoon of water, bring them to boil and let them cool down a bit and pour into the cream-yoghurt mixture, while continuously stir it, making sure the gelatin is mixed well.
8. Once mixture is complete, take out glasses from the refrigerator and add the mixture, put it back to the fridge for an hour to set and Voila!
9. Enjoy!!! 😍
